This project developed GIS capabilities for Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas. Information provided by this project benefited their need for geographic information along the US/Mexico border. This project assisted the USACE in Fort Worth and Fort Bliss in El Paso in obtaining datasets needed to apply "what if" immigration scenarios along the border.
